From boutique wineries to iconic estates, our experiences are designed for those who want to sip with joy, savour the scenery, and sparkle without pretence.
Through curated experiences, thoughtful merchandise, and expert recommendations, we aim to demystify sparkling wines and make them approachable for all occasions. Through our “Bubbles Bus” (not actually a bus), we’ll provide a boutique experience in a luxury SUV, with a maximum of 6 guests.
Thomas, the creative mind behind Bubbles Don’t Count™, coined the term as a way to embrace the playful, guilt-free joy that sparkling wines bring to life. With a deep passion for Prosecco, Champagne, and all things bubbly, Thomas believes that these effervescent sips hold a special place in both celebrations and everyday moments. Driven by the idea that bubbles don’t just enhance an experience but transform it, Thomas is dedicated to spreading the message that when it comes to sparkling wine, the usual rules don’t apply—bubbles truly don’t count!
