The Hooded Merganser’s very own Valley View Farm, heralded by our Farm Manager, Sharon Nickolson, continuously inspires the chef’s menu creations. Showcasing the South Okanagan’s rich terroir and climate, featured Valley View Farm produce can be found throughout our menu. Valley View Farm is a wholly self-contained, self-sufficient, operational holding, situated mere minutes from downtown Penticton. The uniquely central yet rich rural setting is a world away without being far from home, making our little farm an exclusionary destination. Embracing ethically sourced, free-flowing practices without grid patterns, our annual crop rotation and experimental harvests have altogether conceived the Valley View Farm brand.
