Shalisa was nominated in the top 5 for Interactive Artist of the Year, Emerging artist of the year and FANS CHOICE for the BCCMAs 2026. She had previously been nominated for the top 10 female artist of the year in 2025. Her breakout single “Bad Hangover” put her on the map — surpassing 250,000 streams and climbing to the #1 spot on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown. With a sound that fuses old-school country charm and modern pop attitude, Shalisa delivers songs that hit as hard as they heal.

She started off 2026 off opening for viral sensation Sons Of Legion, following the trends of her past year, opening for some of Canada’s top country acts, including Kyle McKearney, JoJo Mason, Brayden King, Robin Ottolini, and Chad Brownlee, while also performing alongside Hillside Outlaws at the high-energy Boots & Boats Festival.
