A French garden party on the Naramata Bench presented by the French on the Bench Collectif.

Bienvenue! The Naramata Bench has always had a little something French about it — the way the afternoon light falls across the vineyards, the unhurried pace of a long summer afternoon, the instinct to pour a glass and stay a while. This summer, we’re leaning all the way in.

2026 Naramata en Bleu, Blanc & Rouge is an afternoon garden party celebration of all things French on the Naramata Bench — brought to you by the French on the Bench Collectif: Bistro Lapin Perdu at the Naramata Inn, JoieFarm Winery, La Petite Abeille Cider, and Roche Wines.

We’re calling it Naramata en Bleu, Blanc & Rouge — and we encourage you to dress the part! Come dressed in blue, white, and red. Think the French flag. Think anything that makes you feel a little bit like you’ve just stepped off a flight to Paris. Bring a picnic blanket or your favourite lawn chair, find a spot in the sun, and let the afternoon take care of the rest.

The afternoon includes:

🥗 Passed canapés from Bistro Lapin Perdu (4:00–6:00 PM)
🎵 DJ spinning danceable French vibes from 3:30–6:30 PM

🎯 Pétanque tournament on the lawn
🌿 Garden party atmosphere — picnic blankets and lawn chairs encouraged!
🍷 Drinks by the glass available for purchase at each producer table
