Experience the magic of harvest season on the Naramata Bench at Roll Out the Barrel — a nostalgic celebration of wine, harvest and the people who make it all happen. This is part of the Naramata Gathers Harvest Celebration.

Be among the very first to taste the latest vintages, straight from the barrel, as winemakers and their teams open the cellar doors and share a sneak peek at what’s to come. Wander from winery to winery, sample wines in in varying stages of craft and creation, and get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the excitement of harvest.

Rub elbows with winemakers, vineyard crews and cellar teams, hear the stories behind the vintage, and savour that special feeling of being part of something before anyone else.

• Upper Bench Estate Winery & Creamery: Sample our Yard Wine; a co-ferment of Merlot and Cabernet Franc
• Four Shadows Vineyard & Winery: A special day of pre-release access and tastings for two very special, unreleased wines: 2022 Merlot Reserve and 2025 Fourtified, a ruby port-style fortified Zweigelt.
• Modesta Winery: We’ll be rolling out a barrel and pouring tastes of Modesta while harvest carries on around us, alongside our Harvest Market.
