We’re changing things up for this edition of the Socialē Winemakers Series.

Introducing Flights & Bites — a different take on our traditional wine dinner, created for an evening of sipping, tasting and exploring.

Rather than a seated four-course dinner, you’ll move through four stations throughout Socialē, each featuring a Gneiss wine alongside a food pairing created by our culinary team specifically to complement the pour.

Move at your own pace, discover each pairing and experience Gneiss Wines in a completely different way.

About Gneiss Wines

Established in 2021 at District Wine Village in Oliver, Gneiss Wines may be a relatively new name in the Okanagan, but the family behind it has roots in the South Okanagan wine industry spanning three generations. Their small-lot wines are focused on showcasing the vineyards and distinctive terroir of the region.

The name Gneiss comes from the metamorphic rock found throughout the Okanagan — rock that absorbs the warmth of the sun during the day and radiates it back into the vineyards at night. It’s a fitting name for a winery built around a strong connection between wine and place.

A Penticton Tradition Since 2007

The Winemakers Series began at Villa Rosa Ristorante in 2007, bringing local wineries and guests together around the table for evenings dedicated to great food, great wine and the people behind both.

Nearly two decades later, that tradition continues at Socialē on Lakeshore — evolving along the way while keeping great BC wine and thoughtfully paired food at the centre of every evening.
