Centered around Winnipeg Street and Westminster Avenue, The Blocks is one of downtown’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods, home to a vibrant mix of independently owned restaurants, breweries, cafés, retail shops, salons, wellness spaces, entertainment venues, and local businesses that together create an experience unique to Downtown Penticton.

The Blocks Party is designed as a fun, walkable community event that encourages people to get out after work, explore the neighbourhood, shop local, and experience the energy that makes this area unlike anywhere else in the city.

Visitors can expect special offers, giveaways, samples, and activations throughout the neighbourhood, including:

The DPBIA will also host a community information booth located in the parking lot at the southwest corner of Westminster Avenue and Winnipeg Street beside the newly branded THE BLOCKS sea can installation.
Guests are encouraged to stop by to meet the team behind the project, and learn more about the new neighbourhood identity while enjoying the atmosphere, music, and activations happening throughout the area.
